The first step is always a free, no-obligation meet and greet. After that, you decide. A single day requires the meet and greet. A trial day with the quarterly plan is free.
Petbnb can charge the owner transaction fees. Current amounts are on the Petbnb website.
If you are not home at the agreed return time, we charge € 15. If you do not pick up your dog that day, the Day and overnight care price (€ 100) applies instead of the day price. We look for a solution together first.
You can cancel a single day free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Later, or if you do not come, you pay the full price. The spot is then reserved, and no other dog can come.
