Frequently asked questions
Through a platform, you pick the sitter yourself. With Pawshake and Petbnb, the care takes place at the sitter's home. With dog daycare, your dog goes to a fixed spot, such as our private grounds in Rilland. Read the guide to dog daycare or dog sitting.
If you are not home at the agreed return time, we charge € 15. If you do not pick up your dog that day, the Day and overnight care price (€ 100) applies instead of the day price. We look for a solution together first.
The meet and greet is always free and without obligation. The trial day is free only with the quarterly plan. After that, you decide.
You can cancel a single day free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Later, or if you do not come, you pay the full price. All costs are on one page: dog daycare costs.
