Frequently asked questions
The first step is always a free, no-obligation meet and greet. Then you decide. For a single day, the meet and greet is required. A trial day with the quarterly plan is free.
Cancel a single day free up to 48 hours in advance. Later, or if you do not come, you pay the full price. The spot is then reserved, so no other dog can take it.
If you are not home at the agreed return time, we charge € 15. If you do not pick up your dog that day, the Day and overnight care price (€ 100) applies instead of the day price. We look for a solution together first.
Pawshake's homepage says there are no registration fees. Per its terms, an owner service fee can be added on top; the amount is shown during booking.
